Halloween is a perfect time to find unexpected joy. You can dress up, act a little silly, and organize some special activities.
For us, this Halloween has included pets in costume during our morning hours and a trip to carve pumpkins at Haynie’s Corner with the afternoon’s Arts & Smarts participants.
