Coming Up: Patchwork’s Pancake Extravaganza!

Come to Patchwork Central (100 Washington Avenue) on Saturday, April 21 from 7:30 am to 11:30 am for all-you-can-eat pancakes plus sausage, fried apples, juice, and coffee. Breakfast is $5 for adults and $3 for children. It’s a great time to eat breakfast, visit with friends, and support Patchwork! All money raised will be used to support our programming.

Guests can also purchase unique art from Patchwork artists including ceramic garden markers made by Art & Company, a part of Patchwork’s after school children’s programming in which children learn business skills by making and selling art. Other artists include Jane Case Vickers and Lisa Dayvolt.

Returning this year is a silent auction of carefully restored bicycles. Are you looking for the comfortable ride of a vintage Schwinn? Maybe an aluminum Trek road bike? Or maybe a super unique side-by-side tandem custom bike? Come bid on them on the 21st!

  1. Cool Bikes, I have a question about the side by side tandem bike. I’m building a similar bike and am curious about the steering. How did you connect the steering chain to the tension turnbuckle? any details would be greatly appreciated. thank you
